I'd aim for 3 or 4 photos a day. This is a good start, but you want to create "channel rupert" where people, in a quiet moment, think, hmm, i wonder what rupe is up to today, and surf over. Ideally they'd see a photo of you grinning at a horse, or maybe a shot taken by your assistant of your mid morning coffee break etc.. Has to be relentless. He used to update every day even if it was flat as a pancake - i used to go every day - somtimes 3 times a day - but he's calmed down now, just a few times a monbth, and subsequently my visits have declined.
