Fermenter 10 has been refusing to start fermenting. So I restarted it this morning with a mix of yeast and sugar. At last we now have some activity!

Ten 30 litre fermenters and 10, 5 litre demijohns bubbling and popping away make quite a musical noise!
Though the two in the kitchen are driving everyone mad!!!
Westbury in Northamptonshire is not a famous cider producing area yet! But on Saturday the village came together for our second annual cider making session.
Net result 1000 pints of cider!
Last Saturday the village got together to collect and press apples for juice and cider. More details and photos to follow.
